Game Rules Text: Destroy Shields cost a player 50 Coins to use once and may destroy any or all Shields controlled by opponents

FAQ: Destroy Shields also destroys Trinkets when used in conjunction with Trinkets deck. Destroying Shields with Iron Scrapyard Arena in play steals Shields instead (but does not steal Trinkets). Players may consider negotiating during their Trade Phase for resources in exchange for preserving an opponent’s Shields.
