Game Rules Text: Discard one deployed card to draw two cards from any deck during Draw Phase instead of one. Cards are resolved one at a time. (Deck costs must still be paid)

FAQ: Players may activate a deployed card (Shield) during their Activate Phase, then discard it to take advantage of the Arena. This essentially gives the player two Draw Phases, allowing cards to be activated when drawn.
