FAQ: This Arena is essentially a “strong turn guarantee.” The choice is made as soon as a card is drawn for turn. Player cannot trigger the 3-gem trade after fighting/resolving a Boss or after resolving the drawn card in any way (e.g., drawing a Gadget Hunt for turn, finding no Gadgets, then attempting to take 3 Gems instead)
