Game Rules Text: Kept in front of player until used. May be used to reroll for reward or redraw as their Draw for Turn during Draw Phase (previously drawn card is discarded with no effect gained and reshuffled where prompted). Players may not draw a Mulligan and use it on the same turn to redraw. Players may use more than one Mulligan per turn.

FAQ: This cannot be used to redraw cards that were not “Drawn for Turn,” meaning the Boss rewarded cards for 19/20 rolls or the result of a Choosy Beggar/Draw Two choice cannot be Mulligan’d.
