Game Rules Text: Placed in front of target opponent. Chosen opponent may not gain Gems until they next encounter a Lieutenant. (They discard Power Struggle and receive Gem rewards from the Lieutenant upon successful defeat/Bribe)

FAQ: Players can Gauntlet a Warrior or have Proving Grounds in play with a Warrior to achieve this effect. When either drawing or defending against a Lieutenant found as the result of a Chosen Champion, player(s) discard Power Struggle. If a Lieutenant is found, but Proving Grounds is in play, that Lieutenant is treated as a Captain and does not meet the Power Struggle’s requirement. Players may also not find a Lieutenant, discard the Power Struggle and then Gauntlet the Lieutenant to change it’s rank.
